Carthago Z competed at two Olympic Games with Jos Lansink and won Nations Cups in Aachen, Rotterdam and La Baule, among others. Through these achievements, he confirmed in sport the exceptional scope promised by his Capitol I pedigree. As a sire, Carthago became one of the most influential stallions in Holsteiner breeding. Mylord Carthago, Cash 63 and Electra van ’t Roosakker all competed at the highest level. Carthago is renowned for passing on size, outstanding scope and a strong competitive attitude.
